About Split PDF
Extract individual pages or groups of pages from a PDF into separate files. You can split every page on its own, or define page ranges for sections of a longer document. This is handy when a scanner saved a whole batch of documents as one file, or when you only need to share a few pages of a large report.
How to use Split PDF
- Choose one PDF from your device.
- Select Every page, or enter comma-separated ranges such as 1-2, 3 for separate outputs.
- Select Split PDF to download each resulting file.
What to check
Page numbers start at 1. Each comma-separated group becomes its own PDF, so 1-2, 3 produces one two-page file and one one-page file. Your browser may ask permission for multiple downloads. Each output file keeps the original page content, so text remains selectable.
Limitations
Splitting does not edit the content of a page. For reordering or deleting pages within a single output, use Organize PDF instead.

How do I extract just one page from a PDF?
Enter that page's number as a single range, for example 5, and the tool produces a one-page PDF containing only that page.
Does splitting reduce the quality of the pages?
No. Pages are copied into the new files without re-encoding, so the output looks identical to the original pages.
Can I split a password-protected PDF?
Only if your browser can open it. If the file requires a password to view, remove that protection in a trusted PDF application first.
